Dr. Rebecca’s interest in becoming a chiropractor first began in high school when she became fascinated with human anatomy and physiology. While studying at UW- Eau Claire she decided she wanted to use her knowledge of the body to help others understand the power of the body to heal itself and be healthy through chiropractic care and nutrition. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from UW- Eau Claire in 2008 and then graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2012 with her Doctorate of Chiropractic. Upon graduation she promptly returned home to the Milwaukee Metro area to begin practice.
Over the first several years of practice she found herself enjoying working with and caring for pregnant mothers, so she obtained her Webster Technique training and certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). The Webster Technique is specific chiropractic analysis and diversified adjustment. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of pelvic imbalance which may help contribute to a safer and easier birth outcome.
On a personal note, Dr. Rebecca married her high school sweetheart after completing chiropractic school. In 2021 they were blessed with a beautiful baby boy who has become the center of their world. Experiencing pregnancy and motherhood has only further encouraged Dr. Rebecca’s love of family care in practice. Together as a family they enjoy hiking, playing outside and cooking.
